The Tim Webber Trace Table and Bensen Torii chairs were featured in this beautifully renewed Sandringham home by Bureaux Studio. What began as a dilapidated house has been transformed through a substantial alteration and addition into a warm, enduring family retreat. 

Two design moves sit at the heart of the project: the treatment of the ground plane and the ceiling plane. Underfoot, the ground plane carefully bridges the site’s natural change in level, subtly defining different living zones while maintaining flow. Above, a high gable ceiling shapes the new living space, amplifying the sense of volume and light. The spatial experience builds as you enter from the front door, moving past bedrooms and the den before opening into the main living area.
